The rooms are nicely maintained, and the location is convenient, just across the river and main road. There’s no lift, even to the first or second floor, so it may not suit people who need one. Food was okay, though it could be better. Still, it’s a good property.

The food was delicious, and Danish from the restaurant deserves a special mention for being attentive, courteous, and thoughtful about our comfort. The staff were polite and helpful throughout our peaceful two-day stay. The resort is beautifully located and well maintained, and our room was clean and comfortable. I’d love to come back.

The meals were fresh, delicious, and well prepared, and the service across the stay was excellent. Hotel Kolahoi Green was comfortable and relaxing, with clean, well-kept rooms. The staff were humble and polite, always ready to help with a smile, and made us feel welcome and looked after. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Pahalgam for warm hospitality, good food, and cleanliness.

The only trouble we had was with the room heater at night. It stopped working, and after several calls it took a few hours to get it going again. Even then, it didn’t heat the room very well, which was uncomfortable in Pahalgam’s cold weather. Aside from that, we had a comfortable, pleasant stay at Kolahoi Green Resort. The rooms are well maintained, the food is good, and the polite, supportive staff provided satisfactory service.

We had a lovely stay, and the resort even has private access to the Jhelum river just across from it. Our room had a great view, and after an upgrade we got a warm, cozy private cottage. The location is awesome for a Pahalgam trip.
