We were there for three nights and had an awesome time. The food was fresh and tasty, service was extremely good, and all the staff were very cool. Highly recommended.

We were lucky enough to try the famous Kashmiri Trout fish fry, and it was delicious. The hotel is well located, with snowy mountains in front and behind, clear blue skies, and peaceful walks nearby. The views are mesmerizing and make it a perfect place for a vacation. Thanks to Javed Bhai, Niem and Tahir for making our stay so comfortable.

The service was good, and the staff were courteous and always available, especially Rayees bhai, Isfaque bhai and Naeem bhai. Breakfast was good too, and they arranged local sightseeing transport at a fixed price. The room was very basic and had no toiletries. The hand shower didn’t work, though hot water was available. The view is awesome, but the hotel is 2 km from the main market.

Naeem bhaiya, taher bhaiya and nazim bhaiya made the stay special. They were extremely cordial and courteous, treated us like family, and took great care of us. We had a wonderful experience at royal sultan during our Pahalgam trip. The setting and ambience were impeccable, surrounded by breathtaking scenery in every direction. The rooms were well equipped and had heating mattresses. We’ll definitely visit again.
