Thank you for the hospitality and service, Priya. I really enjoyed my stay, but the bathrooms were a serious problem. There was a bad smell in almost all the rooms, and in the ones without it, the drainage was blocked. Everything else was perfect. Please address this so guests can have a wonderful experience. All the best.

The restaurant food was delicious, and our team was very happy staying at Fortpalce hotel. The hotel has good-quality rooms, a lovely ambience, and hygiene stood out most to me. The lobbies and rooms were very neat and clean. Customer service was good, especially from the front office manager and customer relationship manager, priya mam. She was active, a gem of a person, and her helpful service and customer relations were really nice for my team. 😊❣️

I had a good experience overall. Priya, Sandra, Arun, and Sanfar at reception were exceptionally kind, attentive, and supportive to guests. The support staff were helpful and courteous too, including the security team.

The renovation was still going on when I visited, so I hope it’s finished now. Fort palace made a very attractive first impression, and I enjoyed the stay. The premises have four building blocks, including the main building, a roof top bar, and two auditorium or convention hall spaces. Everything seemed in good condition. It’s one of the better 4-star hotels near palakkad fort, though a bit more expensive than others. Staff service and customer care were good, and parking was plentiful. A good accommodation, enjoy your day.

The buffet breakfast was mind-blowing, the rooms fabulous, and the service excellent. Jayasree(General Manager) deserves a special mention for commendable customer service that made our stay truly memorable. The team worked well together, and prices were competitive. I’d definitely suggest staying @ Fort palace for a dream stay, and would call it the best place to stay in Palakkad Town. 👍
