The receptionist and attendants were quite friendly, and the hotel is couple friendly. I booked through OYO, where the rate is a bit high because it's in the couple friendly category. The room was just good, with poor ventilation, no view, and windows that can't be opened. You can't stay inside without the AC on.

I travelled there with my wife and had a good stay overall. The staff were really great, kind, and helpful. The rooms were only average, though, and the hotel should pay more attention to cleanliness.

The staff at the desk were really friendly, and the central location near most of the Consulates worked well for a night or two. I’d say it’s fine for a solo stay, but not the best choice for a family.

The staff were polite and the Wi-Fi was good. Some renovation seemed to be underway when I was there, so maybe things have improved, but the rooms felt a bit old and the glasses didn’t look like they were cleaned regularly.

I booked eight days through oyo, but when I arrived the hotel refused to let me in, saying the price I’d paid through oyo was below their usual rate. Neither the hotel nor oyo resolved it. I’d give them negative stars if I could. Definitely avoid this place, especially if you’re coming from another city.
