At around 12:10 AM last night, during check-in, I was treated in an extremely rude, unprofessional and unacceptable way by the staff on duty. A short-height female staff member named Pooja and a male staff member were arrogant and disrespectful. Their tone made me feel unwelcome and insulted as a paying guest. Guests bring in the revenue that pays staff salaries, yet these employees showed no professionalism, courtesy or customer service ethics. This sort of behavior is unacceptable at any time, especially during a late-night check-in, when guests need support rather than hostility. It has seriously damaged my view of the hotel. Staff like this should not represent the brand. I strongly urge management to take strict disciplinary action, including termination if necessary, and provide proper training so nobody else is treated this way. Please take this complaint seriously and don’t ignore it. If incidents like this aren’t addressed, the hotel’s reputation and guests’ trust will suffer. I await your response.

I booked through Make my trip and paid for a 2 hours late check out, but the hotel completely refused, saying the system had changed and they couldn’t allow it. The room was good, though the bathroom was very small, and the service was bad. A terrible experience. Contact the hotel before booking, and if possible choose another nearby one.

The bathroom stayed dirty even after I asked repeatedly for it to be cleaned, and no mosquito repellent was provided despite the mosquitoes. The room felt cramped with such a big sofa in a small space. I’d chosen complimentary breakfast, but they brought just two pieces of bread and a banana. At check-in they’d said that without a kitchen or restaurant, they would get whatever breakfast I wanted from outside.

The reception staff were arrogant, the TV didn’t work, and the room and washroom were dirty. The towels smelled bad. I asked several times for the washroom to be cleaned, but nothing came of it. A very poor experience.
