We checked out at 5 AM, just two hours after arriving around 3 AM. When the power went out at 3:30, the receptionist had disappeared, nobody came when we called, and the owner didn’t answer either. We asked about a refund and were sent back to the Fab Hotel team or the owner, who still wasn’t picking up. There was no one at reception when we left. The bathroom had cockroaches, the hotel was dirty and smelled bad, and the waiting area on the third or fourth floor was being used for storage. The room photos they showed us didn’t match the actual place, which felt like a second-class hotel with a hidden door. The service was terrible.

It’s in a good location, about 500 m from the market, and there was a good breakfast option. The rooms were okay, and the people there were cooperative and spoke gently.

There were more than 200 mosquitoes in our dirty room, so we had to order a mosquito bat. We complained and were moved to another room, but it had the same problem. A really pathetic experience, please don’t book here.

The bathroom was very clean, the room had good furniture, and the staff were flexible. The room and dining area were dark, though.

The staff were polite, helpful, and served us well, though the poor amenities sometimes made them seem unable to help. The sheets were torn and looked unwashed, the room smelled bad, the bathroom taps didn’t work properly, and the wallpaper was torn in a few places. For the price, it wasn’t worth it.
