There’s a big market just a five-minute walk away, and you can find everything you need nearby. The location is good, with Howrah station about 30 minutes away and the airport only 6.5 km away. The rooms were very nice, and the staff were polite with good service. The price was good too. I’m very happy with the hotel, service, and location.

The comfortable rooms and attentive staff made our stay enjoyable, and we felt very welcome. We also liked the dining experience. We look forward to recommending the hotel to others.

The food rules were ridiculous. Outside food wasn’t allowed, but the kitchen was only open whenever they felt like it. I asked for Maggi at 3 PM and was told it was closed. When I asked if I could order from outside instead, they said no. The staff were rude and untrained, and one person tossed my ID back at me as if he were doing me a favor. At night there was constant noise from cars, dogs, garbage trucks, and random events, so sleeping was difficult. The room wasn’t clean, the bedsheet was dirty, the bathroom had spots, and the AC barely worked. They provided one soap and one shampoo, with no other basic toiletries or toothbrush. The hotel is close to the airport, but that’s the only good thing about it. Cheap place, terrible stay. Don’t waste your time or sleep here.

The restaurant food was good, though not the best, but outside food wasn’t allowed, so we couldn’t order from Swiggy or Zomato. The rest of the stay was good. Still, the room, bedsheet, and blanket could have been cleaner, and a pair of sandals would have been useful. There was no liquid handwash or facewash in the bathroom either.
