The rooms are good, but I gave one star because of what happened to my clothes. I left them in the wardrobe, and staff said they had taken them and told the person who booked our room. He said we would come collect them. When we later contacted the hotel, staff first claimed they had handed the clothes to him. He went straight there to ask, and then they said they hadn’t received any clothes from the room.

The front office staff were caring and polite, and the restaurant had tasty dishes. It’s a neat, clean hotel with affordable rates. Wishing you all success.

The room was clean, but the hotel is listed as pet-friendly when it isn’t. We had a bad experience with the service and behavior of Mr Anup. He charged us 2000 for a room whose listed tariff includes breakfast. When we asked by intercom in the morning, we were told only 1 BF was included. Anup then said there was no breakfast and argued that we should have asked at check-in, even though the pamphlet clearly says otherwise. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I stayed in the spacious suite, room 302. It was clean, breakfast was good, and the marriage convention hall is nearby.

The bathrooms were dirty, and basic amenities were missing, so the rooms still fell well short after we got them changed. We had reserved two suites in advance, but arrived to find ordinary rooms instead, with no warning. They only agreed to move us after we argued and pointed out the booking. What’s shown online is misleading, and I felt cheated. Definitely not worth the money. I strongly advise against booking here.
