We booked four rooms for two nights, and the staff made the stay easy from reception through housekeeping. They were caring, friendly, and quick to help. The double bedrooms were spacious and well-equipped, with the amenities we needed, and the balcony mountain view was a highlight. Food was available on request, tasted delicious, and had a comforting home-cooked feel. We especially liked dinner by the pool and breakfast with a beautiful view. The elegant banquet facilities gave the property a high-end feel. The hospitality was outstanding, and we’d recommend it for a relaxing, memorable getaway.

Having the hotel and banquet together made things seamless for our family and guests. We celebrated our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary at Sterling Banquet & Hotels, and the evening was absolutely wonderful. Everything was well managed and exceeded our expectations. The hotel’s ambience was beautiful and made for a pleasant, relaxing environment. The warm, welcoming atmosphere and helpful, friendly staff made our stay at Hotel Sterling a great one. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view. It was a memorable experience, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service was quick and well managed. The staff were polite, friendly, and ready to help. Special thanks to Nisha at the front office for the excellent support and warm welcome. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the food was very good and tasty. I really appreciated the staff’s professionalism, and the hotel had a calm, pleasant atmosphere. I had a really good experience.
