The food was good, but the bathroom was poorly maintained. The red bucket was white from all the scaling, and the taps and wall fittings were badly scaled too, as if they hadn't been cleaned in years. I had to ask housekeeping to clean it. I stayed just one night on the 22nd. The hotel needs to work on cleanliness, and I will NEVER come back.

The rooms are high class for a very cheap rate, and the service is high quality. The staff are very friendly. Still, always check the room before checking in and checking out, and stay alert to avoid any frauds. If you lose the room key, they may try to charge you a high fine.

The room itself was clean and spacious, though the bathroom was tiny and the bathing area needed cleaning. Breakfast came with the room, but the portions were very small: an idli, mini dosa and vada, half a puri with a little bhaji, and a small bowl of pongal. The chutneys were good and the coffee was okay, but I didn't like how the food was served. The sambar had no taste. It was an okay stay overall.

The restaurant downstairs served tasty food, and room service was good too. Staff were pleasant. My room was neat and clean during my one-day stay. Booking through OYO gets you a lower price, according to my experience. Booking directly with the hotel costs more.

The morning receptionist was polite and handled things properly, and the restaurant downstairs served decent food. But the service overall was very poor. The rooms weren't looked after: there was dust on the floor and insects. The night-shift receptionist was drunk and rude. He couldn't understand what we were asking for and even cursed at us in Tamil.
