Hotel Natraj International

We stayed in Room 206 for two nights during the last week of May, and the experience was disappointing for the price. The room was large but lacked basics: there was no electric kettle or complimentary tea and coffee setup, and no complimentary bottled water. The TV was broken and needed my car key to turn on. The cupboard was damaged with barely any hangers, and the mattress was completely worn down and compressed. The bathroom had permanent stains, no towel or soap rack, and no toiletries at all, including hand wash, shampoo, body wash, or dental kits. When we asked housekeeping to clean, they took away the used towels and soaps but didn't replace them, so we had to keep calling. Dining service was incredibly slow because the kitchen is far from the restaurant area, and even staff seemed to prefer room service over dining in. There was no breakfast buffet, and the food was average and poor value. We felt we just passed the time here rather than enjoying a comfortable stay. The property urgently needs renovation and falls short of 3-star standards, both in infrastructure and service. I wouldn't recommend booking until major improvements are made. Look elsewhere in this budget.
