Krystal Hotel

The electric bed warmer helped on cold nights, and breakfast and lunch were good. The room upkeep was poor: the carpet was dirty and torn in places, bathroom tiles were broken, and the bathroom wasn't hygienic. Even the towels were torn.

The food was the one good part. Everything else made this an awful stay, and the Rs. 3500 charge felt outrageous for what we got. The photos seem like marketing gimmicks, so don't be fooled by the appearance. I've travelled with my family for years and never been treated so humiliatingly by hotel staff. Our room smelled, the drain was blocked, and the bathroom overflowed and had standing water. The sheets, pillows, and blankets were dirty. Staff changed them after I complained, but the replacements were dirty too. Then rain came and the roof started leaking near our bed. I asked to move rooms, but the staff were rude and arrogant. One of the two people at reception said no room was available and told us to check out in the morning if we didn't want to stay. It was 11 PM. My whole family couldn't sleep all night. This place wasn't worth even Rs. 350. Please don't waste your hard-earned money here.

When I raised the problems while paying, the person at reception spoke very rudely. The washroom had water logging, and the daal wasn't cooked properly. There's no wifi or fan. We had to ask several times for towels and soap, and they only brought them the next morning. Please try the hotel next door instead.

Mr gulshan made the hospitality feel warm. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location.
