The staff here have a real attitude and don't know how to talk to customers. If someone makes a mistake, your job is to explain what's right and wrong, not yell at them. Coming here was one of the most foolish decisions of my life.

I booked through agoda because the listing said the hotel was near SURAT RAILWAY STATION. Once I got to the station and checked Google map, I found it was almost 25km away. I asked them to cancel, but they refused, so I lost all my money. Check the address in the booking application carefully. They are misleading customers to make a profit. PATHETIC.

We booked two rooms through OYO yesterday. They were tiny, and the bathroom was awful and smelled bad. The staff were very rough with us, and the hotel didn't provide the complimentary breakfast. It's a very bad hotel. Please don't book here, through OYO or directly.

No kitchen here, so you'll have to order food from outside. Still, it's a nice, budget-friendly place for a one- or two-day stay.

Please avoid this place. The quality is pathetic, the service is really poor, and the staff have a bad attitude. They even deliberately switched off the power supply.
