Hotel Natasha

The staff, hotel, and location were very good, and it’s cheap for what you get in Goa. I paid 1000rs a night for myself and took 2 rooms for 2000. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for an inexpensive stay. But the sheets were really old and unclean, and insects bit me all over. I switched hotels the very next day because of that. If they keep things cleaner and wash and replace the sheets properly every day, this could be one of the best hotels in Goa.

Good staff and a decent place to stay, but some things need work. The towels didn’t seem properly washed, and there were no cupboards in the room. Instead there was a small dressing table, too small to keep clothes in. There’s no food or snacks, just a place to stay. The staff are very supportive, but the other services need improvement.

The hotel’s location is good, but they need to do a lot more to keep it clean and maintained. I paid 1800rs for one room, and I’d say it’s worth only 1000 to 1500 at most. I wouldn’t recommend it for families, though it may be okay for bachelors. There’s no room service, and no nearby hotel for food. You can’t even get drinking water there. In the evening the only street food is near the main road, mostly panipoori type. Inside, the rooms feel like a slum house despite the outside view. There’s no water from the washbasin, and the bathroom door has a hole. The bathroom was very dirty and smelled bad. Mattresses, pillows, bedsheets, and the cupboard seemed secondhand. The walls were damp, with peeling paint. No soap or shampoo was provided. Water pressure at the tap is so low that filling a 20ltr bucket takes at least 10 minutes. The bucket and mugs were very dirty, like they hadn’t been cleaned in years, and the towels weren’t good either.

The room and bathroom weren’t clean, and there was no RO or filtered drinking water. The room had no chair or bathroom stool, and there was no kitchen facility. The staff behavior was poor, too. Nothing about the place felt like a Deluxe Room, more like a Sarai.
