The ACs were in awful shape, loud, barely cooling, and leaking water onto the floor until it was wet and slippery. The rooms were cramped too, with little room to move. Service was the worst I’ve experienced: staff seemed uninterested, ignored basic requests, or responded with attitude. The cheap price doesn’t make up for how uncomfortable it was. Sheets were dirty, the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in weeks, and there weren’t even basic toiletries like soap or shampoo. I wasn’t expecting luxury, but those are basic essentials. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, even on a tight budget. Better to look elsewhere, even if it costs a little more.

After two hours waiting with our luggage, we got a full refund from MMT and found a cleaner place for less money. Getting there was a nightmare, though. The room smelled so bad as soon as I walked in that it gave me a headache. The receptionist barely moved and gave us a filthy room with unchanged sheets, obvious stains on both beds, long hairs everywhere, and even a footprint on one mattress. When I asked for cleaning, they refused. On a MakeMyTrip conference call, the owner promised to have it cleaned in 15 minutes. As soon as the call ended, the receptionist said, “Take it dirty or cancel, I’m not doing anything.” I’ve attached proof video. No hygiene and no responsibility. Stay far away.

Our door is on the famous Fontainhas street, so influencers sometimes come to take pictures there. Some have manners, but others are selfish, so be careful not to get into a fight with them like I nearly did 🤣 For somewhere to sleep day to day, it’s fine, though not luxurious. They don’t give guests a key, maybe for safety or some other reason, so every time we came back we had to call staff to open the door. My friend called him "Little guy", and I pranked him by asking him to take a photo with me 🤣🤣🤣

The service from the staff and management was really poor. We booked two suite rooms, but at check-in they first put us in a dorm, then asked us to stay in a small room instead of the two suites.
