The place is quiet, with lots of parking and a market you can walk to. The owner was kind, polite, and caring. The location pin seems to be wrong, so call the owner about five minutes before you arrive.

The stay itself was disappointing, and the owners made it worse. The couple repeatedly threatened to call the police despite our having booked a room. Their behavior and the way they spoke to us felt demeaning. I wouldn't give this place even one star.

Even a small delay led to the hosts screaming at us. The husband and wife accused us of trespassing and threatened to call the police, and they wouldn't let us take our luggage. They were the worst hosts we've dealt with and showed no manners. I wouldn't risk booking here.

They came into the house whenever they wanted and spoke to us without any manners. This couple was very rude and misbehaved with us.

We liked it so much that we extended our stay. The balcony looking onto the tropical yard was lovely, and we enjoyed having breakfast in the kitchen. The place is super clean, and the family is lovely. Ronald was always helpful, checking whether we needed anything and explaining how to get around by bus. They made us tea and gave me a coconut, and laundry is available for a small fee. The woman who cleans is a sweetheart. If you want somewhere quiet and clean away from Goa's tourism, this is the spot.
