The sea views and hilltop setting are what make this place special. From there you can hear the waves, and mornings are especially nice. The stay was good, the amenities were decent, and the bathroom had both hot and cold water. The caretaker was polite and helpful, offering to sort out travel, laundry, or a local guide if needed. They don’t serve food, so you’ll need to order delivery or eat at a nearby restaurant. It’s a good value for both your wallet and the experience, and I recommend it for a great morning.

The only slight drawback is being a bit away from Goa’s nightlife, which wasn’t an issue for us since we wanted somewhere peaceful. It’s quiet enough that the waves are all you hear, and the hosts were warm and soft-spoken. From the hilltop balcony there’s a fantastic sea view, and the large sit-out could even fit a small party. No real complaints.

The owners were lovely and gave us useful advice about places to visit in north Goa. It also felt safe thanks to the central location, and most rooms look out over a beautiful stretch of river. Our room was huge, and breakfast was wonderful. The WiFi was a standout, with download speeds up to 20MBPS. Staying here was a great experience.

We loved the view, comfort, location, and lovely hosts, and have already decided to return to Ocean's height soon. The room looks out over Dona Paula Jetty, and we spent most of our time on the balcony. Inside, it was clean, functional, and had old-world charm. Dayn responded promptly to all our questions and was very helpful. Breakfast was brought to our door in the morning, and it was amazing to enjoy it with that gorgeous view.

The hosts were humble and soft-spoken, and it’s a peaceful place with a picturesque view. Both the room and balcony are large, with a lovely scene from the bed in the morning. You can sit in the sunshine inside, or relax on the balcony in the morning and evening. Breakfast is the one thing that concerns me.
