Oyo 2863 Hotel 4 Pillar's

This place isn't suitable for families. There's no lift, which would make it very uncomfortable for a senior citizen, and there's no parking either. The beds are awful, just wooden ply, and one side lifts up if someone sits on the other end. The switchboards don't work, there's no intercom, and the room service person was rude and impolite. Tea service wasn't good, and the bathroom windows are partly broken. The hotel has no modern amenities.

The rooms are small and basic, and the towels stayed stained even after I asked for replacements, so the laundry service can't be very good. There are no window nets, which makes evenings after dusk a nightmare. The flat screen TVs have no connection, so I'm not sure why they're there. I booked through Agoda, where complimentary breakfast was promised, but the hotel doesn't offer it. There's no service phone in the room, so you have to call reception on your own phone for even the smallest requests. They don't have their own restaurant either, just a takeaway menu in each room for the vegetarian restaurant on the ground floor of the same building.

The location is good, and there is outdoor parking. The washrooms are okay, but the blankets and electronic switches weren't up to expectations and need basic maintenance. I also noticed that room prices are higher online than when booking directly.

Our room was 302, and neither the fan nor the heater worked. The free Wi-Fi was really slow and rubbish, and the towels looked dirty. The website says breakfast is free, but the hotel doesn't provide free breakfast. The fan and heater in room 302 need fixing.
