The pool was great, and the beds were good. The rooms are a little old, but they're kept clean. The property is well cared for and full of greenery, and the staff were really nice. I'd happily return.

Hot water was available all day, and the beach is just two minutes away. If you book a sea-facing room, you get an amazing direct sea view and a pleasant breeze, and the swimming pool is very nice too. The downside is that the hotel doesn't even serve tea and there's no food delivery option, so guests have to go out and find food themselves.

There wasn't even a complimentary bottle of water, despite the high nightly price. The room was dirty, with ants on the table and in the bathroom, and the resort had no tea or food available. It wasn't a good experience and didn't feel worth the price.

I had a bus from Panjim back to Bangalore at 2 pm and called to ask if I could check out at noon instead of 11. The man who answered sounded very irritated on the phone. I didn't expect that, and I won't choose this property again.

The staff were decent, and the area is okay with the beach nearby. There are balconies and a pool, and everything was neat and clean, but the room setup is basic and outdated. The bathroom fittings are very old and nearly worn out. Nothing special, though nothing bad either. If you want a quiet stay and aren't after luxury, it could be a reasonable choice.
