The one bright spot was the receptionist, who was Punjabi, polite, and helpful when arranging things for us. The rest of the stay was so bad that all six of us left after just four hours and chose to sleep in our car rather than go back into the rooms. We’d booked two rooms for five friends through OYO. What we were given looked nothing like the listing photos, and the OYO pictures and reviews had given us a very misleading impression. Some rooms apparently differ, so be careful when booking. The rooms smelled strongly and unpleasantly, were dim, and felt unclean. The washrooms were filthy, and we spotted spiders in several places. The whole place felt unsettling to all of us, almost as if it had a haunted or strongly negative atmosphere. For the price, it wasn’t worth it. I wouldn’t rely on the OYO listing or recommend staying here.

The photos gave a very different impression from the actual place. The washrooms were dirty, the sheets and pillows were stained, and there were lizards on the walls. Parking wasn’t available, so we had to leave the car on the road at our own risk. One of the most unhygienic stays I’ve had. Avoid if you can.

The stairs were filthy and in terrible shape, and the room had a musty smell. In the bathroom, stains and limescale were everywhere, the flush barely worked, and we could only get cold water in the shower. The towels looked unwashed, with lipstick and other nasty marks, and even the curtains had mold spots. The online photos were completely misleading. I can’t understand how this place is still open, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The bathroom was extremely dirty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in years, and there seemed to be no maintenance at all. The sheets and pillows hadn’t been changed before we arrived. Everything felt used, and the pillows smelled of mildew and sweetness.

Whenever I visit Goa, I stay here. It’s a lovely hotel and one of the best affordable places to stay, with Miramar beach only 500 meters away. I really like this hotel.
