The staff made our stay memorable with generous Goan hospitality. They weren’t looking for tips, they seemed genuinely focused on making us feel welcome. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were terrific, and Goan cuisine is worth going out to try. The Crown Goa sits high above the river, looking over the beautiful Portuguese city of Panjim. It’s a five-minute walk to the Latin sector’s colourful bars and cafes. The central location makes it a good base for exploring Goa. We also found the area free of hawkers and felt an amazing sense of safety.

We stayed at The Crown Goa on 29th and 30th March 2026. The team paid excellent attention to what guests needed and went out of their way to make things comfortable. They also accommodated our early check-in and late check-out, which made the trip much more relaxed and convenient. We really appreciate the support and would recommend the property for a pleasant, hassle-free stay in Goa.

The location was fine, and the room and pool were clean. Breakfast was complimentary, with plenty of variety and okay taste. The room service was slow, though. Lunch was a different story. On our first day we ordered chicken nuggets and biryani, and both were very bad. The biryani was just plain white rice with no masala. I’d avoid ordering lunch or dinner from the restaurant. The stay overall was okay.

I arrived with a confirmed booking, but was then told there were no rooms, even after more than 10 guests had checked out in front of me. I’d been waiting since 8 AM with no updates or communication, and nobody seemed concerned about my jet lag. They had already accepted payment at the front desk before telling me this. The whole thing felt misleading and unreliable, with very poor transparency and communication.
