The rooms, pool, kids' play area, recreational room, and bar-cum-restaurant make this a handy place for families or groups. It’s also peaceful and spacious, with plenty of parking, and its central Goa location works well for exploring both north and south Goa, including Dona Paula and Miramar beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, and room service was excellent. Just keep in mind it isn’t on the beach, so you’ll need to drive a few kilometers. In our four rooms, only room 201 had ideal lighting. Warmer lights throughout and a little attention to the doors would improve things. I’d still choose to stay here again.

Ms. Anupama Ghosh made everyone feel welcome with her warmth and hospitality. She was a delight and a real asset to the organization. I hope Thomas Cook gets to work with her again and create more lovely experiences.

The view was lovely, the food was good, and the service was commendable during my two days here for a conference. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had what I needed, though the interiors felt dated and ready for renovation. Judging by the Google rating, it feels more like a 2-star or 3-star hotel. There’s plenty of potential, but the place could use some updates.
