The hotel felt like home while I was there. Everyone was polite, kind, and quick to help with a smile, and the service was outstanding. I felt welcome as soon as I arrived. Thanks to the whole team for making the stay comfortable and memorable. I’ll definitely come back.

It’s close to the Panjim bus stand, and there’s a lift at the back. The rooms are only okisshly clean and aren’t comfortable. Hot water isn’t ready when you need it, though they bring a bucket of hot water if you ask. THB, I wouldn’t recommend it for a family trip.

We like these rooms and stay here whenever we come to goa. They’re well maintained, clean, and feel safe, with proper cctv footage. The environment is good and the staff are friendly.

The guest house staff were welcoming, and one staff member from Assam spoke with me while he was out getting food. He asked whether I’d eaten, which felt friendly. I did pay 1,500 rupees, though, instead of the 24-hour amount shown on Google, so the price left me feeling I’d paid a bit more. I checked in at 7:00 PM and checked out at 9:00 AM. Finding the main entrance was also tricky, since Google Maps doesn’t show it properly. You have to come directly from the bus stand, and I’d suggest putting up a big, visible sign there.
