The breakfast buffet was decent in both quality and variety, though it gets a little crowded at peak times. The staff were courteous and helpful, and check-in and checkout went smoothly. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, and the rooftop pool has good views and a decent size for relaxing. Vivanta Goa, Panaji is in a fantastic spot in Panjim, about five minutes from Miramar Beach and Fontainhas, with plenty of good restaurants and cafés nearby. A very pleasant stay.

For any event or occasion, I’d recommend Chef Biswajeet’s food service. The food quality is very good, and the chef’s hard work and dedication show. The taste, presentation, and hygiene all impressed me. Customer service was friendly, professional, and attentive to the details.

The Japanese live kitchen was a standout for us. Everything was freshly made, full of flavor, and easily one of our best meals during the stay. We also loved the daily coffee cafe, with its excellent coffee and relaxed feel, and the breakfast had lots of fresh, tasty options for different tastes. The hotel’s spaces are beautifully designed and feel both luxurious and welcoming. Chrysler at reception deserves a special mention. He was a gentleman, professional, warm, and attentive to detail, and made check-in seamless. Service like that really elevates a stay. Vivanta Goa delivered on hospitality, food, and ambiance. We had an incredible time and highly recommend it for a premium stay in Goa. Thank you for the amazing experience.

We had a great stay and will definitely come back. Everything felt worth the money, from the location and rooms to the food and service. The staff were courteous and prompt. One of the best hotels in Panajim.

We visited the spa yesterday and weren’t happy with the service. There was no music when we entered the room, and one therapist forgot to give me a pillow. I booked a deep tissue massage, but she gave me something like a normal Swedish massage and didn’t seem to know how to do the treatment I’d asked for. Please give your staff proper training.
