The rooms were clean, and there was solar hot water for a morning bath. Staff were polite, hardworking, sincere, and helpful. The venue has a beautiful location with dam water visible, and the food was tasty, though the tea and coffee could be better. Morning tea or coffee came late, only after 8 or 8:30 am due to practical problems, and food arrangements could be more timely. A few things disrupted the stay. The TV in our room didn’t work because of weak signal. Windows only have sliding glass, so they need mosquito nets, though GoodNight mosquito repellent was provided. The material above the building’s tin roof made too much noise in strong winds and needs fixing. Naphthalene balls or tablets should be placed by the washbasin and bathroom water outlet. Two pet dogs were tied up, not free, but barked around midnight and disturbed our sleep.

The staff were extremely polite, alert, and hardworking, and the owner was cooperative and flexible. Issues were resolved right away. People were allowed to have drinks and enjoy hookah, and pets could be in the common lawn where children were playing. Smoking areas aren’t marked, though, so people smoke anywhere. The dam is close, the place is good, and the washrooms were clean. The TV worked fine and had many channels, but privacy was only average. The food was excellent and tasty. Room rent seemed a little high for the size and features. The winter weather was lovely and meant no AC or fan was needed, though they charge extra to turn on the AC. Overall, a great family-friendly place to relax. I gave it four because 3.5 wasn’t an option.

The location is close to Dhom dam backwater and the boat club, so you can enjoy boating. The veg and non-veg food was good, without too much spice or oil. Relax in the shade of the trees and take in the scenery.

It’s a small resort, but very clean and well maintained, with lots of mango trees in the garden. Rooms are affordable, and the chicken malvani at the restaurant is really tasty. It’s easy to get to the dam picnic spot, and there are a few temples nearby worth visiting. A nice one-night stay with family or friends, away from the crowds and surrounded by nature.
