Nakshatra Resort

The owner’s personal attention made the stay feel like a home away from home, checking that guests were comfortable and enjoying themselves. I stayed at Nakshatra resort with my family, and the view of the dam from our room’s gallery was peaceful and picture-perfect. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and clearly prepared with care. The staff were warm, polite, and ready to help. For a relaxing getaway with lovely scenery, good food, and genuine hospitality, I’d highly recommend it.

The rooms are decent and have the basic amenities, and the food was tasty with prompt service. The hotel is right in front of the Dhom Dam, in a great location. I’d choose to visit after the rainy season, when I imagine the view must be amazing.

We spent two nights at Nakshatra and were warmly welcomed by the staff. The building is beautiful, the surroundings have an aesthetic feel, and the atmosphere is serene. Hospitality and service quality were both outstanding. A memorable stay and a must visit.

My husband and I had a fabulous Valentine weekend here, and the warm, hospitable owner, Mr. Pankaj, made a lovely host. The view of the Dhom dam from the bed was just wow, and the location is mindblowing. We loved the tasty à la carte food, and the neat, inviting Rooftop Restaurant is beautifully designed, with wide views over the Krishna reservoir and the mountains. The large infinity pool is a gem in a lovely setting. Service was warm and prompt, and we enjoyed watching the many aquatic and arboreal birds. The Reception decor and ambience are beautiful too. The resort arranged taxis for sightseeing at pretty nominal rates, and Wai has many unexpected, beautiful landmarks to discover. It’s a must visit anytime, though I’d especially like to see it during the monsoon, when Krishna is overflowing. Thank you, Pankaj, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. God bless.
