Hotel North Park

The glass roof made the heavy rain feel romantic while we were at a day wedding here on 23rd Jan, 2022. Even with the rain coming down hard, we enjoyed the event. The arrangements, ambience, and food were excellent.

We had a three-day wedding here at the end of November, and the service was a nightmare. Despite repeated complaints, we had no hot water in the washrooms, and the manager, Mr. Chauhan, ignored basic requirements and swore at us when we raised the service issues. The property looks beautiful outside but isn't maintained inside. After we got through the wedding, the owner insulted us. He was drunk in the middle of the day and threatened to have staff surround us so we couldn't leave. The owner and manager were disrespectful and uncooperative throughout. I regret trusting the hotel's appearance instead of the reviews, and we made a mistake going ahead. A pathetic experience.

My cousin's wedding was here, and they didn't fulfill a single commitment they made. The service was very poor. Please don't hold any kind of function there.

The room furniture was old and dirty, especially the sofas, and the waiters were very casual in their approach. There was also a bathroom tap leaking badly enough to leave the whole floor wet, and the Dish TV needed a recharge to work. For such a wonderful property, the maintenance is extremely poor. Management really needs to bring things up to industry standards. A very disappointing stay.
