Both times we stayed, on arrival and again on the last day before leaving, the rooms smelled of cigarettes. On the first arrival, they sprayed room freshener, but it only came after 10-15 mins. We’d booked the last day a a fortnight ago and asked them to at least try to get rid of the smell going forward. Still, they gave us rooms that smelled of cigarettes. When we asked to switch, they only offered the remaining room, even though we’d booked in advance. I wouldn’t recommend it for families. Most of the customers here are mentioned and we saw very few families. The beds are low quality, and the food was mid, nothing special apart from the yellow dal.

For our gathering, Manager Sathishji guided us really well and managed everything in the best way. We were so happy with the experience and satisfied with what we paid. The venue is spacious, comfortable, easy to find, cooperative service staff, and affordable too. It’s apt for meetings or a gathering of 30 to 40 people. Both our expeiences with them were great. Thank you, team.

Only 45 guests attended our function, but the hotel billed us for 60 pax. They’d also promised snacks for 3 hours and served them for just 1.5 hours. We kept asking the staff to continue serving what was agreed, but they delayed and then refused to bring any more. When we raised these issues, the staff were rude and unprofessional. Manager Mehar Bhardwaj was in charge of the event. The way it was handled ruined what should have been a happy celebration of our daughter’s birth. I wouldn’t recommend this venue.

They even blamed us for burning a bedsheet, which wasn’t true, and it felt like they were looking for reasons to charge guests extra for anything and everything. The service was bad, the staff were rude and extremely unprofessional, and the food was disgusting, far below basic standards. A terrible experience. I’d strongly suggest never staying here.

Hotel SWAN had a lively atmosphere that suited a friend’s birthday celebration perfectly. The staff were courteous and kept things running smoothly, and the food was full of flavor and beautifully served. Everyone enjoyed both how it tasted and how the dishes looked. A wonderful visit, and I’d definitely recommend Hotel SWAN for good food and memorable celebrations.
