The rooms felt suffocating because there was no ventilation, though they were clean and the bathrooms were fine. The staff were good and supplied a bottle of mineral water, but there were no toiletries. It didn't feel like a family hotel. We stayed during a wedding party, so I'm not sure what the budget usually is, though it seems like a budget option for a short stay.

The receptionist, Sumit, was really rude, and the stay was a disaster. We drove from Shimla just to spend the night, but the room was so tiny it was hard to move around. There was no water in the morning, so we had to use bottled water in the washroom. They also had no soap there; when we asked, they said Fab Hotels hadn't supplied any.

I really enjoyed the stay and would come back when I'm near CHD. The rooms are clean, service is efficient, and there's plenty of safe parking, even though it's uncovered. The rates are competitive, so they charge MRP for water bottles, which is fine given the value of the rooms and stay. It's a new property right on the highway: coming from Delhi, turn right off Zirakpur flyover, then pass the market complex on the left after the first traffic signal. Since the place is so new, the food menu is limited, but they're happy to arrange something from a nearby restaurant, and it was simply lip-smacking.

The room was very clean, and the amenities felt like those at a five-star property. I loved the hotel, especially the staff's very good attitude. I'll book here whenever I visit Chandigarh again and recommend it to everyone, particularly couples.
