The rooms were clean, and the staff were really friendly. The manager who wears a turban was especially professional and nice. A nice hotel.

I only stayed one night and had a really bad experience. At 7 in the morning, I called reception 7-8 times for a water bottle and nobody answered. When I went down, the reception area was completely dark, with all the lights off, and no one there. I tried calling again later and got through. I asked for three bottles, but room service brought only one. When I said I'd ordered three, he replied, "to batana hota hai na". I told him I'd already said so, and he went back for the other two. I asked why nobody was answering calls at reception or room service. He just listened and walked away without replying. The reception staff were awful and the room service guy was very rude too. I only stayed because I urgently needed a room. Don't stay at this pathetic hotel.
