Breakfast in particular could use better variety and quality, and the food overall fell short of expectations. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, with room servicing delayed. Even so, the stay was comfortable: check-in was smooth and efficient, staff stayed courteous and responsive, and the room was clean, well maintained, and equipped with the essentials. Addressing those service and food issues would make the experience much better.

The food is decent, though its taste and variety could be better suited to the property's premium feel. This heritage property has a royal Rajasthani atmosphere, with beautiful details that make nearly every corner a photo spot. It's a great-looking place for shoots, reels, or social media content. The staff are welcoming, polite, and attentive, and the service feels well managed. With its space and overall setting, it's also a lovely venue for weddings and events that feel grand and memorable. Manisha, our warm and dedicated guide from the front office, showed us around the estate and its many artefacts. The rooms were comfortable and tastefully done up, which can be hard to achieve in a heritage property. The Fort still retains much of its 300-year history. I'd love to see it become a UNESCO heritage site and recognized as an important part of the region's history.

The beautiful lawn at this 350+ year old heritage site is a lovely place for a lunch gathering, and the hotel is also popular for weddings. The Fort Ramgarh Heritage Hotel, Panchkula has a magnificent entrance gate, listed in Limca Book of world records as the tallest in the world.
