The staff were welcoming, and the restaurant food was decent, though overpriced. Everything else made our two days there a nightmare. I was with my family and had no other option available. I paid around 1600/- per day for an AC room, which wasn’t worth even half that. The rooms were small, poor quality, smelly, dirty, and run down. Even a couple would find them too cramped. The bathrooms were awful, dirty, smelly, and leaking everywhere. There were no cleaning staff, and nobody responded when we asked for the room to be cleaned. A big no to staying here if you have any other options.

The room didn’t look even 10% like the pictures. There was no room quality or cleaning, the lift wasn’t working, and the staff and manager smoked right in front of you. The smell of smoke was everywhere, in the rooms and lobby. They wouldn’t answer calls either. Mannerless people. Don’t book based on the images.

I keep coming here because of personal difficulties, but otherwise I’d never return. The owner isn’t good, and the room rent isn’t fixed, one price today and another tomorrow. I’m paying over 1500 for a third-class room. The room, bed, floor, and bathroom are all bad. The lift broke down three months ago and still hasn’t been repaired. It’s a completely bad place, with car horns blaring all day.

My washroom lights didn’t work, and they told me to use my phone’s flashlight. The rooms are small and shallow. They also charge convenience fees, and if you ask for a bill, they threaten you. They gave me a non-AC room even though I paid for AC, then demanded extra money for it. Absolutely pathetic experience, everything about this property feels like a scam. Avoid it, even if it’s free.

The manager demanded extra money, calling it tax and convenience fees, beyond the amount shown on the OYO app. When I explained that the online price included everything, he told me to leave the hotel and take it up with OYO. The reception was as bad as it gets.
