The bar music goes on until 2 AM, shaking the whole room and making sleep impossible. The bathroom was worse than a public toilet, and the room had no wardrobe, no cleanliness, and a foul smell. It seemed meant for drinking and enjoying yourself. That might suit you if that’s what you want, but it’s not a place for a couple or family stay. I’d avoid this location and go to nearby Dunlop. Worst hotel I’ve ever checked into.

After they opened a bar, this stopped feeling like a proper hotel. I felt very uncomfortable and had a vulgar, poor experience. There was loud music and shouting all night. They have a menu, but no food is available. Don’t come here if you’re looking for a safe room and a good atmosphere. Zero stars for me.

There was no disturbance during my stay, and the room was clean, though not very big for 1800/-. The phone booking system is a hassle, and it’s a long walk from Kalyani more. The area doesn’t feel very friendly, especially at night. The price quoted when booking was different at check-in, and they asked for more. The TV was broken. Drinks, even water, are expensive, while the food is average in price and taste. Average overall.

The room was nice and had a good view, but the service needs work. Bedsheets and other basics should be changed before a customer has to complain. I hope they improve their customer service.
