The manager did one kind thing for us and arranged breakfast early because we had to leave for Delhi, but the rest of the stay was disappointing. The location didn’t have much to offer and there were no notable balcony views. Our room felt musty and unhygienic, the bathroom was in bad shape, and room service was slow and unresponsive. There is a swimming pool, but it didn’t add much for travelers on a Kumaon trip. It fell short of expectations.

Darshan & Trilok ji were very supportive, and the hotel had such an amazing ambience that staying there was a flabbergasting experience. Thanks for the lovely stay. I’d recommend it to others and would love to come back.

Our group of 12 friends and family stayed almost a week, and the team, led by Mr. Trilok, did a great job with cleanliness, comfort, food, and understanding what we needed. They even supported us at odd hours during transitions. It’s a mid sized prosperity, and we had a fantastic stay that exceeded expectations. Highly recommend for people who love nature and peace.
