Hotel Mid Town By OYO Rooms

The hotel sits right in the city center, so the main attractions and hotspots are only a short walk away. My room was kept in good shape and made for a comfortable stay. Everyone on staff was friendly, polite, and ready to help. I had a wonderful visit and would recommend it to anyone coming to the area.

The place felt like a horror hotel from a crime series, or somewhere for ghosts and vampires. There was no lift and no proper facilities, and the management was poor. My room was filthy, the AC barely cooled, and the bathroom was dirty and smelled awful. Its drainage didn’t work properly, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly. The worst accommodation experience I’ve had.

Getting online was difficult despite the advertised “high-speed” Wi-Fi, and the hotel’s isolated location made the stay even worse. Staff offered no real service, and even simple requests like clean towels or working TV and AC remotes seemed to bother them. The thin walls made it feel like I was sharing the room with everyone on the floor. The room was filthy and uncomfortable, smelled of stale air, and the bathroom looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned. A disaster from beginning to end.

We ended up leaving without breakfast or water. In the morning, we asked the receptionist to bring both to our room, but he was very rude and refused to send the food, even though a waiter had said the night before that it would be brought up. We waited two hours for water and reminded him at least three times, then were charged for the bottle. They later called to pressure us into giving a good rating. They first charged us double what the rooms cost online. The whole hotel stay was horrible, the worst of my life.
