The location is good, but the service and rooms were disappointing. There was so much dust in the room, and the bedding was in terrible shape: springs were coming out of the mattress, the pillows were as flat as papad, and the comforter looked as if it had been used on coal.
The owner and staff were cordial and helpful, and the hotel is well connected to the city. But it needs maintenance, and cleanliness is the biggest concern. Some rooms have very small washrooms, and it’s clearly a budget stay. Staff have several duties to handle, which affects how promptly they can provide room service. Early check-in and late check-out cost extra. Most menu items aren’t available, and the food tastes below par.
The room was dirty, and the bathroom was much too small. Everything was awful. Don’t book.
I come here often and love staying at this property in Bhopal. The rooms are spacious, and the staff are cooperative and helpful. The experience is marvelous, and the breakfast, lunch, and dinner are lavish and delicious. Five stars for Easy Stay, one of the best hotels in Bhopal.
The bathroom in the room I booked for my elderly parents was dirty, and the shower didn't work. They asked the receptionist to move them, but he abused them, saying there were no other rooms. They then politely asked for someone to repair the bathroom, and it took more than two days. At checkout, the owner argued with them about charging them for the plumber. The owner behaved unethically, and the staff were no better. We'll file a complaint with the consumer forum so other travelers don't have to face the same issue.
