The resort had a peaceful feel, warm hospitality, and excellent service, and we'd love to return. Chef Rakesh ji prepared fresh, delicious meals to match our group's needs and preferences, with great quality and flexible menu options. Sanjay ji, the Resort Manager, went above and beyond coordinating safari jeeps and guides. Since we'd secured our permits two months ahead, his planning made the whole safari experience smooth and stress-free. We stayed three nights at Wild Heaven Resort, Bandhavgarh, with six rooms booked for our group. The experience was fantastic and exceeded expectations. Special thanks to Mr. Shubham Dhanorkar for giving us the best special rates for the group booking and making the reservation process easy. Highly recommended for families and groups visiting Bandhavgarh.

The view was beautiful, and the food was tasty and good value. Staff were friendly and attentive, and our rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped.

The setting was really quiet, and the stay was pretty fine, though we expected more. The main drawback was access: it's almost 3 kms from the main road, with no transport available if you arrive by public transport. Room service could have been better, and the food was annoyingly expensive and not worth the price.

The food was great, and the staff are kind, simple people. Rooms are decent and good value overall, though in room 102 neither the AC nor the fan was working. The common area could use some improvement.
