We booked two rooms through Expedia and received confirmation, but when we arrived to check in, the hotel said there was no booking. We contacted Expedia customer care, who tried calling the hotel, but nobody picked up. When Expedia emailed about a refund for the amount paid, the hotel refused to pay it. Booking online at mrt regency hotel was a very bad experience overall.

The room and toilet were clean, and the stay was decent and comfortable. It's on the main road opposite the NLC Arch gate, with a bus stop nearby and shops, hotels, and other amenities within easy reach. They didn't provide a complimentary water bottle. Thank you!

The room itself is good, but the service was very poor. The TV didn't work, and even after I told the receptionist many times, they didn't respond properly. The bedsheet wasn't changed, and we had to ask for drinking water every day. The laundry was filthy, and repeated complaints to the receptionist got no response. The staff were always busy on their phones. Thanks.

The rooms were very neat, and the bedspreads were clean. The AC and TV worked fine. The only issue was that the WC could have been cleaned better.
