The check-in was smooth, and the location made car pickups and drop-offs convenient. We also found the buffet dinner reasonably priced and worth the cost. The hotel view was pleasant when the weather allowed it. Our room was on the ground floor beside an open area, which affected our comfort and sense of security, especially with family. The layout was also hard for our parents to manage: the restaurant was two floors up, and reception and the exit were another floor above that. Getting help was frustrating. We tried several times to call reception using the number provided, but couldn't get assistance when needed. We had to climb to reception ourselves each time, which was difficult for family members. For a premium-category room, the price didn't feel justified. We expected better coordination and support from staff. The service issues, layout, and value for money significantly affected our stay.
