We stayed somewhere quiet and offbeat, with a nice view of upper pelling from the balcony. The service was good, and the rooms were quite good as well.

The mountain view from our window was lovely, even though our room had no balcony. It was frustrating to see a wasteland right in front of the window, though. I wish they’d clean it up. The bathroom could have been cleaned much better, too. The hotel made our Pelling trip memorable, and I’d like to stay here again. The staff were polite, cooperative, and helpful, and the food was tasty, light, and just like homemade food. Our room and bed were properly cleaned, and the blankets were clean and soft enough for temperatures of 3-4 degrees. They brought warm drinking water whenever we wanted it. We also hired a car and driver from the hotel for sightseeing. The driver was very good and friendly.

It felt cozy, like being at home, and the service was comfortable and always on time. The staff were all very kind and polite, and the owner was a really good person. If you’re visiting Pelling, do visit this Himalyan Hotel.
