The chicken was stale and poor quality, and the dish tasted so bad I couldn't finish it. Non-veg diners have plenty of better options in Panvel and Kamothe.

I was exhausted after a long trek from Matheran and had no energy to look for another place, so I stayed. Otherwise I would have left as soon as I saw the room. It was filthy and smelled bad, with dust everywhere. The bathroom was stinky, broken, and unusable, the shower didn't work, the towels hadn't been washed properly, and the window was partly broken. Agoda listed an air-conditioned room, but all I got was a fan. When I asked, they casually claimed that was what they meant by air-conditioned. The online photos look like they were taken at the inauguration years ago, and the current state is nowhere near that. Agoda and other travel sites should do proper checks before listing hotels like this. I've never had a worse hotel experience. It felt like a scam, with zero maintenance, and I felt frustrated, cheated, and disgusted. I don't know how it's still listed on Agoda or Google. Skip this place.

The boys were polite and the hotel is well located near the station, but the room made me feel sick. The washroom, floor, and bed were dirty, with long hair on the floor and bed and pan stains on the toilet walls. I went downstairs to the bar for two drinks, came back up, and checked out without saying anything. Losing that money taught me not to book a Mumbai room for less than 1.5k.

We found a rat inside the seating area, and the hotel denied having rats on the premises. That was a horrible experience. Earlier, the head manager had been very rude. We came for dinner around 8 pm and ordered drinks and snacks, then chicken lolipop, but the food quality was horrifying, so we cancelled it. The veg munchoww soup disappointed too. It came with raw noodles that had a slightly oily smell. We gave them a piece of our mind, but I wouldn't recommend visiting.
