Falls Regency

The staff didn't feel friendly, and the service needs improvement. Breakfast and tea or coffee aren't available until after 8 AM, even though there's a restaurant. The administration was also inflexible and wouldn't allow any extra time for checkout.

We were given front row rooms with no view, though the rooms themselves were good and had a heater and lift. The rooms at the back have a nice river view. This is a new property beside the upper part of Thripparapp falls, but there is no restaurant and they don't arrange tea or coffee, even in the evening. We were driving to kanyakumari at 6 am, and the person at the counter promised tea then. In the morning, the staff member on duty refused. He did find a kettle when we asked, but there were no teabags or coffee. Another family was complaining to him about the tea as we checked out. There aren't any tea shops nearby open at that time. Very bad service.

The rooms were excellent and clean, and the staff were very helpful. I'm giving four stars because the restaurant couldn't even serve tea or coffee.

The food was tasty, both veg and non veg, and the restaurant staff were really friendly and cooperative. The rooms were tidy, and the washroom was clean too.
