The staff are good natured and willing to help, but the hotel is in a sorry state. Even the RFID cards aren't working. It feels like a place that was built nicely and then not looked after properly.

It's very expensive for what you get, and the service was the worst. In this city, you can get a luxury stay in this price range. The staff were arrogant with customers and not well mannered. Rooms were tiny and poorly maintained, and the washroom hadn't been cleaned properly. Try to avoid staying here.

The property is close to the bus stand and railway station, and I enjoyed every minute of my stay. The food was very tasty, and the staff behaved really well. I recommend coming here to stay.

The rent is too high, and there was no restaurant. No Wi-Fi reached the room, and there was no parking. Breakfast wasn't available even though the website said it was included. The bed mattress was in very poor condition. The room boy asked for a service charge even when I ordered tea. There was no soap or shampoo.

It's a pleasant place to stay, conveniently close to the railway station. The staff are friendly and helpful. I'd recommend it.
