Hotel Opulence

I had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, and both were really nice. The food is delicious, the rooms are neat and clean, and service is top notch. It's centrally located too.

The towels in my room were black with dirt, and the food wasn't any better. I ordered a grilled sandwich and fries, waited over 30 minutes, and got a badly made meal that an average person could do better with at home. It fell short of what I'd expect from a hotel restaurant. The poor cleanliness and service made for a very bad stay, and I wouldn't recommend ordering food there or expecting quality service. It wasn't worth the price or the name "Opulence."

Breakfast is included, and there’s lovely food just outside. The location is perfect, with polite staff. The front office guys were especially helpful and parked my car easily. Rooms are well maintained, although I did spot mild cobwebs starting to form in a few areas. I'd definitely recommend it for a night's stay.

The bedding made the stay very uncomfortable: the linens looked unwashed for ages, and the pillow covers were torn and filthy. Room service staff were rude and unprofessional, coming in with dirty shoes and making the already messy room dirtier. Plates from other rooms sat in the lobby long after meals. The room geyser didn't work during the freezing winter, and when I complained, management showed little concern. They eventually brought a bucket of hot water, which wasn't enough. Cleanliness and service were abysmally poor, nowhere near basic hospitality standards. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay or decent service.
