The room was dirty and cramped, with mosquitoes everywhere, and the staff were rude. One staff member named yadav was swearing at a customer. When I asked for hot water for a bath, he told me to go upstairs and get it myself. I said I was a guest and expected them to bring it, and he cursed at me. The hotel needs to teach its staff basic manners.

The staff were good and behaved nicely, but the room was small and unclean. The 900 they charged wasn't worth it. There are cleaner, nicer hotels 50 meter ahead. I have to say again, the room wasn't clean.

The room was filthy, and the washroom looked like nobody had cleaned the toilet in a month. The ceiling leaked, and I could hear trains at night. The TV, wifi, and geyser weren't working. The staff are all robbers. It was a miserable hotel and a waste of time and money. Don't stay here.

The room was clean and well maintained, and the price was reasonable. It's easy to spot and reach, just a 300 meter walk from Bhopal railway station. At check-in they provided a water bottle and bathroom soap. Food comes from their partner, "Udipi restaurant". I had a good experience.

The staff were arrogant, and the rooms were awful. They need to make cleanliness their first priority. They also provided loose water bottles.
