This hotel was really bad. The room wasn't clean, and the staff weren't good either. The light stayed off all night, and the door was shut from the outside. A very bad stay.

The bedsheets and pillows were really dirty, and there was a very bad smell. Please be careful 🥵. Just a very bad experience.

The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We only stayed one day, but the people at reception were wonderful. The rooms were comfortable and the service was excellent too. I just wish the price were a little lower. Otherwise, all was okay, and this is the best hotel in patiala.

This place feels more like a room rental agency than a hotel. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and I didn't feel there was any safety here. I suspect the Google reviews are fake. I personally suggest saying no to this hotel. The hotel people are getting fake reviews posted here too, so reply here as well.

The rooms are spacious and the cleaning setup is good. The location is also very good, near both the bus terminal and railway station.
