We had a family party at Hotel lazeez near mini sectriat pataila on 04.10.2025, and the service was very bad. We ordered snacks around 7:00pm, but they arrived at 7:15pm. Dinner, ordered at about 8:30pm, didn't come until around 10:30pm. The staff blamed the delay on a rush in the bar rooms. I had also paid Rs.500 at reception in advance for booking. Although the dinner bill was fully paid, they still haven't returned that extra Rs.500. I've already visited twice to ask for it back. The management was poor and the owner was irresponsible. This was my real experience, and the management was rubbish.

I booked seven rooms from the 10th to the 13th of this month, and regret doing so. The rooms weren't hygienic, and the staff behaved badly. Think twice before booking this hotel.

The staff were rude, the service was poor, and the room hadn't been cleaned. It was a bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I'm a strict vegetarian, but the restaurant brought me a non-vegetarian dish after I ordered a vegetarian one. When I called to report it, they brushed off the whole situation.
