The location felt very isolated and unsafe to me, and the basic hygiene seemed inadequate. The bed sheets were ripped and there were holes all across the walls. I was extremely disappointed by how different the actual hotel was from what was advertised. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, and personally wouldn’t even give it one star.
The staff were soooo cooperative. Beautiful room and delicious food.

We chose Hotel Bombay because a friend's wedding was nearby and we wanted somewhere close to the banquet to make getting there and back easier. We only stayed one night, but the staff were extremely polite and caring. They understood our situation and even left the hotel gates unlocked until 5:30 in the morning, when we were finally free. They were also quick to respond to our requests and helped with the AC that was leaking water in our room. That leak is the only reason I’ve taken off a star.
