This hotel seems suited to marriage ceremonies and parties. Room service is poor, and the reception staff are poor too.

10/10
The room was big, as shown on EaseMyTrip or Goibibo, and totally clean. The toilet was good and had toilet paper. The AC and fan were the issue: the fan in my allotted room wouldn’t run at full speed and was noisy, and the AC made noise too. They changed my room as soon as I reported it, but I’d ask management to take AC and fan servicing seriously going forward.

We stayed for two days for a marriage, but nobody came even once to clean the rooms or provide room service. They didn’t even remove the garbage.

The food was delicious, and the arrangements for our reception party were very good. Special thanks to Amrik ji for handling everything so well and making the party memorable.

They don’t clean the room regularly or take away the garbage, and the washroom mirror was unclear.
