Neat, clean, and hygienic, with prompt room service. The location also works well for business, and the reception staff were welcoming and polite.

I had already paid 80% in advance, but they still kept pressuring me to pay the rest two days before check-in. They knew I was occupied with my father's funeral rites and showed no willingness to adjust or cooperate. The policy is ridiculous, and the reception staff were far too arrogant. Mr Aditya and Ms Nivedita at the desk were the most nonsensical people I’ve dealt with. This was the worst experience. Google should have negative ratings. Minus five stars.

Everything else was good, but the lady at reception ruined the experience. She was very unprofessional and had no manners.

The reception was very poor. They insisted on seeing identity proof for everyone in our party. I’ve never encountered that requirement anywhere else in the world.

The room deals are nice, and the 🥑 food was nice too.
